Main activities
- Able to execute and oversee daily operations of the Compliance Program, including ABAC, AML, and KYC/ Third Party Due Diligence processes, ensuring consistent and effective application across business units.
- Able to manage the Third-Party lifecycle, from risk-based due diligence to ongoing monitoring, escalation, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate Due Diligence activities ensuring compliance risk factors are identified and mitigated.
- Support the Policy Governance Framework, assisting where needed in the oversight of the lifecycle of a Policy to ensure alignment with internal and global standards.
- Manage the Policy Lifecycle Repository, tracking reviews, approvals and expirations.
- Able to lead Incident and Case Management procedures, supporting incident intake, investigation, and remediation tracking, ensuring timely escalation of potential breaches or red flags.
- Able to develop, deliver and track compliance training and awareness campaigns, ensuring content relevance, engagement, and completion metrics across all levels of the organization.
- Able to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying red flags, gaps, proposing enhancements to controls, and supporting automation or process simplification efforts.
- Able to provide support on urgent or ad-hoc compliance matters as they arise, including those triggered by new or amended laws, regulations, or corporate operational needs, ensuring timely coordination and implementation of appropriate compliance measures.
- Assist in preparing compliance dashboards and reports providing insights and analysis for management and leadership decision making.
- Able to create and keep evidence folders up to date where needed.
- Serve as liaison between the leadership and local teams, supporting roll-out and localization of global compliance initiatives, assessments, and tools.
- Foster a culture of integrity and accountability, communicating compliance expectations clearly as a trusted advisor to employees seeking guidance on ethics and compliance matters.
- Able to maintain ongoing communication with regional and corporate compliance teams, ensuring alignment and timely information flow.
- Able to develop and lead initiatives to promote ethical culture and tone at the top, such as integrity campaigns.
Requirements
- 5 years of previous experience working in core compliance (anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism).
- Knowledge of national and international regulations (National Anti-corruption System laws, FCPA, ISO standards).
- Ability to meet urgent deadlines.
- Previous experience working on various high-impact topics simultaneously.
- Highly organized.
- Advanced level of English
